The assistant only answers from information you approve, and hands off to a person when it is not sure. We review conversations every month.
Is customer data safe?
We use established platforms with encryption and do not use your customer conversations to train public AI models. For healthcare clients we use HIPAA-eligible tools.
Does it work with my existing phone number?
Yes. Missed-call text-back works with most business phone systems, or we can set up a new local number.
